New Book on the Story Walk
The Hudson Public Library has provided a new book which can be read while hiking the Story Walk trail at the Old North Road Conservation Area. For directions and information about the trail check out our website.
Beautiful Day for the Grand Opening of the Story Walk
The Hudson Land Trust and the Hudson Public Library celebrated the move of the Story Walk to the Old North Road Conservation Land site with a Grand Opening on Saturday, October 26, 2024. It was a beautiful Fall day, and more than 50 people came by to walk the trail, enjoy some cider and donuts and do some great craft projects (making visors and scratch art) organized by Library Director, Aileen Sanchez-Himes.

Grand Opening of Story Walk at Old North Road Conservation Land
The Grand Opening of the Story Walk on the Old North Road Conservation Land will be held from 10-1 on Saturday, October 26th.
Come walk the approximately 3/4 mile trail, read the story that you can follow along the path, enjoy a beautiful park in Hudson that you probably weren’t aware of, and have some cider and donuts and enjoy a kids craft project sponsored by the Hudson Public Library.
Parking for the trail is at 10 Old North Road. Here is some more information about parking and the trail.
